Welcome! I’m Emily.
My approach to therapy is grounded in my curiosity about who we are and what relational, cultural, and intergenerational factors impact the way we experience and navigate the world. My therapeutic work with others has been deepened by my own process of building awareness about how I relate. Learning to connect to myself by witnessing and allowing rather than criticizing and shaming has been transformational in my life and helps inform my work with clients.
